Aziza Zahra Naeimi - Honey Producer

Aziza is the founder and President of Farhan Honey Products. Aziza has 100 bee hives that produce 2000 kg of honey. The farm supports her family and 5 other women employees. Aziza has also trained 40 women in beekeeping farm and assists them to sell their honey.

Her bee farm is in the mountainous region Daykundi with freezing weather where food is rather difficult to come by. To keep her bee farm in business she used the Giving Joy grant to purchase food for her bees so that she doesn’t lose the bees over the cold winter and can take care of her family in the next year, continue to help other women beekeepers and contribute to the local economy.
